I started going to the gym! This lady of leisure lifestyle, with all its doing nothing in the mornings then going to the hospital to see dad, was really taking it out of me…
Seriously though, I feel great. I’ve been every day for the last 10 days and I have loads more energy, I feel more positive, and I’m feeling more like the old me (the one who used to smile a lot more!).
I highly recommend this to everyone, exercise is certainly a positive influence on your life. And don’t worry if you think you have no motivation, I am definitely guilty of that – which is why I only do classes so I have instructors yelling at me to jump higher, run faster, lift more weight and SMILE!
